Mr. Navin Dedhia

Younger brother of Managing Partner CA. Jignesh Dedhia, he is in profession since 1996. In his most friendly and motivating style, he looks after Human resource development and office procedures.

OUR TASK FORCE

The firmâ€™s backbone is its task force of about 20 self-motivated, cultured, hardworking and efficient persons who work together as a TEAM. The team includes about 16 zealous, aspiring Chartered Accountants and 4 hardworking administrative and support staff.

Our Task Force are our greatest asset and we believe in our people. Our success is greatly dependent on quality and performance of our people. Conducive work environment enables our people to develop their skills, knowledge, capabilities and experience.

Authority & Responsibility go hand-in-hand, and recognizing this golden principle of management, we believe in delegating authority to the taskforce, as far as it concerns the task on hand, making them aware of the responsibility attached to it. We do not engage in a hierarchical structure, and our juniors are free to interact and gain from the wide experience of the partners / seniors. It is always ensured that we create a harmonious work environment to promote learning, and optimize the productivity of our taskforce. A motivated taskforce is the pillar of a successful organization.
